Explore basement finishing
Turn of the century bungalow, originally two bedrooms, one bath and just over 900 SF. Renovated and enlarged to accommodate four bedrooms, three baths and a child's playroom adjacent to the kitchen. Exterior treatment is in keeping with the original architectural detailing characteristic of the neighborhood and historic Washington Park homes. The updated layout and volumes coupled with period features allow the house to be both of the past and present.
